1 - 1 & 1/2 cubes demera sugar
3 dashes angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1/2 + 1-1.5 tsp maraschino cherry syrup
1-2 ounces water
1 &1/2 - 2 ounces bourbon
cut peel of orange

Muddle together sugar, angostura bitters, orange bitters, 1/2 tsp maraschino cherry syrup, and 1-2 ounces of water.
Add bourbon, 1-1.5 tsp maraschino cherry syrup, orange peel, and ice. stir well.
